Assistlink company a company established in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration Number [7052442691] Assistlink, owns and operates the website www.assistlink.sa.

Assistlink provides and coordinates aged care, disability support, home and community support, education support and related care services (“Assistlink Services”).

By accessing, browsing or using this Website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a consultation or otherwise interacting with Assistlink online, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms govern use of the Website. Individual care or support services may also be subject to a separate service agreement, care plan, consent form or other written agreement.

Where a separate service agreement applies, that agreement will govern the specific delivery of those services.

3. NON-MEDICAL NATURE OF SERVICES

Unless expressly stated otherwise and delivered by an appropriately qualified and authorised professional, Assistlink’s services are primarily home, community, disability, aged-care and support services and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, emergency treatment or specialist medical care.

3.2

4. SERVICE ENQUIRIES AND ASSESSMENTS

4.1

Submitting an enquiry does not create an obligation for Assistlink to provide services.

4.3

5. CLIENT AND FAMILY RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients, representatives and family members agree, where relevant, to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for safe service delivery.
  • Inform Assistlink of material changes affecting the person’s support requirements.
  • Treat Assistlink employees, contractors and representatives respectfully.
  • Provide a reasonably safe environment for services delivered in the home.
  • Follow agreed service arrangements and applicable care or support plans.
  • Notify Assistlink as soon as reasonably possible regarding cancellations or scheduling changes.

 

 

6. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

6.1

Assistlink will make reasonable efforts to provide agreed services reliably and according to scheduled arrangements.

6.2

Services may occasionally be affected by employee availability, emergencies, weather conditions, government requirements or circumstances outside Assistlink’s reasonable control.

6.3

Where reasonably possible, Assistlink will communicate material changes and arrange suitable alternatives.

 

7. THIRD-PARTY AND COORDINATED SERVICES

Assistlink may coordinate or work alongside hospitals, rehabilitation centres, schools, therapists, transport providers, suppliers, technology providers and other third parties.

Where services are provided directly by an independent third party, that provider remains responsible for its own professional services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

8. FEES AND PAYMENT

8.1

Fees for Assistlink Services will be communicated to the client or authorised representative before services commence or documented in the applicable service agreement.

8.2

Payment arrangements, invoicing, cancellation charges and refunds may vary by service and will be stated in the applicable quotation, service agreement or invoice.

8.3

Clients are responsible for paying properly issued invoices according to the agreed payment terms.

8.4

Nothing on the Website constitutes a guaranteed quotation unless expressly confirmed by Assistlink in writing.
